This is my latest image of the beautiful nebula around Rho Ophiuchi and Antares stars. You can see several blue reflection nebulae as well as red H-alpha emission nebulae. Two spherical collections of stars called globular clusters are also visible. Several dark dust lanes are visible as well. This area has it all.
This mosaic image was taken at Quinte’s Isle Campark over 5 nights in June and July of 2021. Camera used was a Canon XS on a Star Adventurer Mount. Processed using PixInsight.
