Toonie Moon Shot

Toonie Moon Shot

I took this tonight with an Olivon eyepiece through a 70mm f/4.3 Orbitor refractor. Through any of my other scopes I would just get a piece of the Moon. The refractor was a piece of junk with .965 eyepieces that I got at a garage sale for a toonie. I put a hybrid diagonal in it so I could use my inch and a quarter eyepieces. For now it remains as a kind of toy but I have designs on it being used as a guidescope in the future. It has a really nice field of view.
